Country Threads – a unique quilt shop in Iowa

We offer quilt classes including beginning quilting throughout the year. In the summer and fall we hold our classes in the haymow of the barn and in the winter they are held in our smaller classroom.

We offer quilt camp in the haymow of a 1930’s red barn several times a year.  Campers receive instruction on the newest Country Threads designs.

A typical 3-1/2  Day camp would start on Tuesday afternoon  and continue until Friday morning when we have show and tell of what we’ve sewn and then we pack up and head home. There are also 2 day Camps.  Check the schedule to find the right Country Threads Camp for you.

The Camp fee includes 2 meals, all classes, all patterns, door prizes and a 10% discount in the quilt shop off all purchases made during camp. You get the idea – we have a great time and many repeat campers!
