Quilt Camps
We offer quilt camp in the haymow of a 1930’s
red barn three times a year and one camp in January
which is held in our heated classroom above the gift
shop. Campers receive instruction on the newest Country
Threads designs.
A typical camp would start on Tuesday afternoon with
social introductions and supper, shopping in the quilt
shop, and sewing a small project in the evening.
On Wednesday and Thursday we hold class at 9 am, 1
pm and 5 pm. Lunch is catered and in the evening we
split up and everybody eats at their choice of restaurant
or not at all – their choice.
On Friday we have brunch in the barn,
show and tell of what we’ve sewn and then we
pack up and head home.
Camp fee of $175.00 includes 4 meals,
all classes, all patterns, door prizes and a 10% discount
in the quilt shop off all purchases made during camp.
You get the idea – we have a great time and
many repeat campers! Dates are announced right after
the first of January each year.
